• Strategy development: Defining the strategic direction for the development and implementation of conversational AI solutions. Identifying business opportunities and evaluating how conversational AI can support business goals.
• Technology scouting: Actively exploring and evaluating the technology landscape in the field of conversational AI, including identifying leading providers and evaluating their compatibility with the company's existing technology infrastructure.
• Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, secure support, and ensure the successful introduction and acceptance of conversational AI solutions.
• Leading pilot projects: Leading cross-functional teams in the development and execution of pilot projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of new technologies. Ensuring the capture and analysis of relevant data to support strategic decisions.
• Knowledge building and transfer: Promoting knowledge building within the company through continuous training in new technologies. Developing best practices and guidelines for implementing and optimizing conversational AI applications.

What you bring with you:

• We are looking for an experienced leader with a deep understanding of conversational AI and a proven ability to strategically evaluate and implement innovative technology solutions.
• A completed degree in (business) computer science, data science, or a related field.
• You have extensive experience in leading product or technology development projects in the role of product owner/manager, preferably with a focus on conversational AI or similar technologies.
• Ideally, a strong understanding of the current technology landscape in the field of conversational AI, including chatbots, voice assistants. The ability to strategically evaluate and select technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills to solve complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in successfully collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
